Paul Segreto, CEO & Founder
Now in his 43rd year as a senior executive, consultant & coach, and entrepreneur, Paul's expertise has progressively expanded across all facets of franchise, restaurant, and small business management and development. His goals are two-fold: to drive franchise and business success at all levels with a culture-to-growth philosophy, and to always connect the right people, brands, and opportunities.
Consulting with both startups and emerging brands since 2001, Paul is passionate about working with innovative brands that have developed or are working toward developing distinct points of competitive differentiation and/or unique end-user proposition. Providing coaching services during this same period, he is committed to helping individuals, families & partners identify and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Frequently called upon to share his expertise and perspective for blogs & digital publications, he also produces content daily at Acceler8Success Cafe about franchising, restaurants, small busines & entrepreneurship. In 2009, Paul founded the still-popular Franchise Today podcast - one of the first podcasts in franchising.

Erik Premont, President
For over 25 years, Erik's expertise has progressively expanded across franchise, business & restaurant development, and coaching, training & marketing. Experienced in all franchising models: start-up, conversion and diversification across a variety of industries and multiple countries, his passion to help grow businesses domestically and internationally has proven quite successful and always aligned with client goals.
Erik's proficiency in French, Spanish and Portuguese is a valuable asset in assisting Acceler8Success America clients in Canada, Latin America and various European countries in their growth acceleration strategies through franchising and other viable business expansion models. Utilizing his extensive franchise sales and teaching experience, Erik manages Acceler8Success America partner brokers and client sales teams to ultimately facilitate brand development worldwide.
