Providing coaching services during this same period, he is committed to helping individuals, families & partners identify and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Frequently called upon to share his expertise and perspective for blogs & digital publications, he also produces content daily at Acceler8Success Cafe about franchising, restaurants, small busines & entrepreneurship. In 2009, Paul founded the still-popular Franchise Today podcast - one of the first podcasts in franchising.

For over 25 years, Erik's expertise has progressively expanded across franchise, business & restaurant development, and coaching, training & marketing. Experienced in all franchising models: start-up, conversion and diversification across a variety of industries and multiple countries, his passion to help grow businesses domestically and internationally has proven quite successful and always aligned with client goals.

Erik's proficiency in French, Spanish and Portuguese is a valuable asset in assisting Acceler8Success clients in Canada, Latin America and various European countries in their growth acceleration strategies through franchising and other viable business expansion models. Utilizing his extensive franchise sales and teaching experience, Erik manages Acceler8Success partner brokers and client sales teams to ultimately facilitate brand development worldwide.

Also conversant in Italian, German and Russian, Erik is frequently invited as a guest speaker at franchising and other business events in Canada, Europe and the Americas, as well as in the U.S. Blessed with a deep connection with the international community, Erik has been instrumental in successfully connecting people, brands and opportunities globally.
